2-story commercial building completed in 1922. Designed by XXX, it is clad in dark-red brick. The ground floor is lined with various storefronts, the western one along the avenue extending out farther from the building line, with a sloped canvas awning on top. The south facade of the 2nd floor on 34th Street has three wide bays of tripartite windows and outer bays of large single-windows. The west facade is the same, except the tripartite windows are not as wide. Above each window bay is a diamond-shaped brick decoration, and the roof line is marked by a stone band surmounted by a brick parapet and stone coping. The parapet is stepped-up across the middle of the south facade, with a stone panel carved with the name "LEVAS POLITOPULOS", for the builder.

The ground floor is occupied by B&W Deli & Pizzeria, Patiala Indian Grill, and Chirp Peruvian restaurant, with Photo Village on the 2nd floor.
