7-story Early 20th-centruy Commercial-style (with Neo-Gothic elements) office building completed in 1912. Designed by Charles E. Birge, it is clad in limestone. The ground floor has a glass-and-metal storefront with a glass door on the right, and there is a glass door to the upper floors on the left. The top of the ground floor is decorated with a ribbon wrapped around a staff that continued onto the 2nd floor, and a pattern of seashells. The staff at the center of the 2nd floor transforms into a shield topped by a Gothic finial in a niche. The upper floors have two bays of square, 2-over-2 windows, and there is a drip molding over those on the 2nd floor. There are string courses below the 3rd & 7th floors, and another drip molding above the top floor's windows. The facade is crowned by a stone cornice surmounted by a Gothic stone parapet with a central shield and a row of quatrefoil panels on either side. The ground floor is occupied by an AT&T Wireless store.
