Like many other warehouses in Bricktown, JDM Place was renovated and repurposed for entertainment. The fourth floor houses Skky Bar Ultralounge, one of the city's most upscale nightclubs. The street level hosts Mickey Mantel's Steakhouse, one of the city's premier steakhouses with it's own upscale bar. In front of the building on the canal level is the main dock for the Water Taxi.
