Cirrus 1 Wind Farm is located both north and south of Farm-to-Market Road 213, between FM 2956 and FM 1054, about 25 miles northeast-ish of Lamesa, Texas. Commissioned in 2012, it consists of 17 China Creative Wind Energy 3.60-116 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 61.2 MW.
