Synergy Chelsea Hotel (New York City, New York)

USA / New Jersey / West New York / New York City, New York / Seventh Avenue, 232
 hotel, Modern (architecture)

170-foot, 17-story modernist residential building completed in 2018 for apparently Synergy Housing. Designed by C3D Architecture as a furnished apartment hotel, it is clad in white pre-cast concrete, silver metal panels, and silver glass. The ground floor has black stone piers, and is organized in three bays. The main entrance is in the north bay, with glass-and-metal double-doors to the left of a plate-glass window, below a black metal canopy. The other two bays have black metal-and-glass storefronts, and a band of steel louvers runs across the top of the ground floor.

The 2nd-11th floors have white concrete piers, with all the windows slightly recessed between them. The facade is organized into five bays, with the 2nd-4th floors further divided by thinner piers into smaller bays. From south to north there are two narrow single-windows, two narrow off-set double-windows, a very narrow single-window paired with a narrow off-set double-window, two more narrow off-set double-windows, and a wider and narrow off-set double-window at the north bay. Each window either has a short bottom pane as well, or a silver metal vent in its place, and the windows have silver metal framing. From the 5th-11th floors the south bay has an off-set double-window, and the other four bays have variations of paired window arrangements, with one half of each having metal vents at the bottom.

There is a setback above the 11th floor, and the 12th-16th floors have window bays similar to those below, in addition to glass doors opening onto projecting balconies spanning the middle section of each floor. At the south end is a windowless shaft extending to the 17th floor, the rest of which is set farther back.

The south elevation is clad in white concrete at the front edge before the setback. The rest is clad in two shades of grey metal panels, with one bay of narrow single-windows between the concrete front and the metal area, ending at the setback. The rear, west-facing facade has four bays of windows, with projecting balconies at the middle two.

The building contains 49 units. The ground floor is occupied by Operation: Falafel restaurant.
