166-foot, 15-story modernist office building completed in 1978 as the phase II of the complex, housing the operations center. Designed by Kohn, Pedersen & Fox for the American Broadcasting Company, it is clad in a curtain wall of pale-green-tinted glass and silver steel above a slightly-recessed ground floor of grey limestone blocks. The main entrance is at the west end, with glass double-doors set in a limestone frame that is surrounded by a glass wall. The east end of the ground floor has a loading dock with roll-down metal gate and a pair of service doors. The upper floors have narrow window panes between thin metal mullions. There is a setback above the 6th floor, with shallower setbacks above the 11th, 12th, 13th, & 14th floors. The side elevations are faced in tan brick, and a rooftop mechanical penthouse is shared with the adjoining south building at 47 West 66th.
