6-story Art-Deco residential building completed in 1939. Designed by Jacob M. Felson, it is clad in beige brick with bands of tan brick at the base and in some of the spandrels. A central light court divides the front facade into two wings and contain the main entrance. There are also light wells on both sides. The entry has a glass door in a limestone surround, covered by a rounded, green canvas canopy that extends out to the sidewalk.

Both of the wings have four bays of single-windows and end bays of double-windows. The three single-window bays toward the outer side have tan brick spandrels with two vertical lines of beige brick, and are connected by a brick sill course at the ground floor. There are three large basement double-windows at the sidewalk level on the west wing, and three smaller basement windows on the east wing, covered by metal grilles. A caged basement entrance is located at the far east end. Both of the wings have a cream-colored metal fire escape with rounded corners on the landings, and the facade is dotted by some protruding air-conditioning units.

The rear wall of the front light court has a middle bay of double-windows, and two flanking bays of single-windows that project forward from the middle bay. The side walls of the front light court have a bay of double-windows at the front edge, and a bay of small bathroom windows at the back. A stone coping marks the entire roof line, with small decorative tan squares just below it on the interior of the light court.

The building contains 54 condominium units.
