7-story residential building completed in 1983. It is clad in pre-cast beige stone panels, lighter at the ground floor. The recessed entrance is up a small set of steps at the right side, with a glass door below a green canvas clamshell canopy. Directly to the left is an angled skylight of three panes, surmounted by a short vertical window. The left side of the ground floor has an angled corner with a glass door accessing the commercial unit of the building. The upper floors are supported by a single narrow column.

The upper floors have two bays of single-windows at the right, the eastern ones having decorative metal railings over their lower portions. At the west end are more angled corners, with French doors opening onto balconies extending most of the way to the corner. Single columns support the balconies, which have metal railings. The 6th floor is not cut off at the corner, and instead has a double-window on the front facade. There is a setback to the penthouse level, with a railing at the east end, and corbelling to the right.
