5-story residential building completed in 1888. The brownstone facade is painted white, with thin rough-faced banding at the ground floor. A low, non-painted brownstone stoop leads up to the central entrance, with a paneled black wood-and-black door, sidelight, and transom, slightly recessed between pilasters with bases that project out. The top halves of the pilasters are fluted, and they have Corinthian capitals supporting an entablature with carved gargoyle facades and a cornice. There is a large window to either side, both covered by a wrought-iron grille that bulges out toward the bottom. Both windows have an eared lintel and cornice, and below them are small basement areaways behind low iron fencing; the basement windows also have iron grilles.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with full stone surrounds, including bracketed sills and eared lintels with cornices, all painted. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is topped by a simple roof parapet.
