5-story Neo-Grec cooperative-apartment building completed in 1888. It is clad in brownstone, with a banded ground floor above a raised basement. A small stoop leads up to a central entrance with a glass door, sidelight, and transom, flanked by pilasters that bulge outward at the top, with seated bulldog capitals carrying a carved entablature and cornice. There is a short window to either side, with a rough-faced, rounded lintel. Iron railings front the basement areaways, with a basement window at the west and a gate and another window at the east.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with full stone surrounds including fluted pilasters and eared lintels. The middle two bays have triangular pediments and the outer two have cornices. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is topped by a simple stone coping.
