JD Wind 3 Wind Farm is located 4 miles south of the Oklahoma-Texas border, just east of Texas State Highway 207 north of Gruver, Texas. Of the cluster of turbines in this vicinity, JDW3 is the southernmost east-west string of turbines to the east of the highway. Commissioned in 2006, it consists of 8 Suzlon S64/1250 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 10 MW.
