Designed by Eli Attia Architects, it has a 7-story base that is angled to hold the building line along Broadway, while the upper floors are set back and turned at an angle to follow the regular street grid. It is clad in dark-grey brick above a ground floor with black polished granite piers and water table, and glass-and-metal infill. At the west end there is a patterned concrete entry plaza covered by a peaked glass-and-metal canopy extending back and then making a right-angle turn to the glass entry doors in the west facade.

The upper floors have ribbon bands of windows between brick spandrels above white concrete floor plates. The window bands on the north facade are organized into a center bay of six panes, flanked by two bays of double-windows on each side, and end bays of triple-windows. There are black metal air-conditioning vents below the middle bays.

The angled facade of the 7-story base has on Broadway has nine bays of tripartite windows, with the northern three joined together instead of separated by brick piers. The upper floors, rotated at a 45-degree angle, are divided into three sections, each stepping back to the north from the previous one. All three have two bays of triple-windows. Projecting, square balconies with grey-glass railings fill the corners where the sections meet. The west facade also steps back in three equal sections.
