5-story residential building completed in 1880. It is clad in red brick, with a storefront of metal-and-glass on the ground floor, next to a brown metal door to the upper floors on the east end. A sloped, red canvas awning covers the storefront. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows. They have stone sills and flat, beige-painted lintels. Painted bands join the sills and lintels. Between each floor are three small decorative square in the brickwork. The facade is capped by a simple stone coping. The east facade is a blank wall of brown brick. The ground floor is occupied by Casabianca Pizzeria.
