Panhandle II Wind Farm is located about 6 miles north of Panhandle, Texas (which is about 27 miles ENE of Amarillo), between County Roads J & R and 16 & 19. Commissioned in 2014, it consists of 79 Siemens SWT-2.3-108 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 181.7 MW.
