The Permian Rail Park is located on the Union Pacific Railway about eight miles west of the city of Big Spring in West Texas. The 530-acre rail park is one of the largest sand terminals in the country by acreage. The first phase is more than 33,000 feet of rail track to be initially used for rail-to-truck fracturing sand trans-loading services.
