Notrees Wind Farm is located just west and northwest of Notrees, which is on State Highway 302 about 20 miles WNW of Odessa, Texas. Commissioned in 2009, it has 3 'parts': part 1A (north) consists of 55 Vestas V82/1650 (1.65-MW) turbines, part 1B (south) consists of 40 GE Energy 1.5sle (1.5-MW) turbines, and part 1C ('middle') consists of a single Vestas V90/1800 turbine. The combined nominal capacity of all 96 wind turbines is 152.55 MW.
