8-story Beaux-Arts office building completed in 1901. The building was originally part of the Simpson, Crawford & Simpson store which went bankrupt in 1915 (see adjacent object for more information). The facades match those of the building to the east. The office building, managed by Kaufman today, holds several tenants, including meal-kit delivery service Plated, which occupies the entirety of the 3rd floor. The ground floor is occupied by Kleinfeld Bridal.
