Estate home designed c. 1919 in the Georgian Revival style by Harrie T. Lindeberg for Jackson Eli Reynolds {attorney, financier, industrialist, capitalist}. Reynolds served as chairman of the board of First National Bank of New York, president of First Security Co. and director of Prudential Insurance Co. of America, Provident Loan Society of New York, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, American Radiator & Standard Sanitary Corp., Lehigh & Wilkes-Barre Coal Co., National Biscuit Co., New York Central Railroad, and Southern Pacific Railroad. He also served as a trustee of Columbia University and the Municipal Art Commission.

The estate was subsequently used as the rectory for St. John's Episcopal Church of Lattingtown but is now in private hands.
