4-story residential building completed in about 1880. It is faced in light-tan smooth-stucco on the top two floors, above commercial storefronts with rough-faced fieldstone end piers, and red-and-black metal-and-glass storefront infill. There is a slightly-projecting terrace at the 2nd floor with a decorative iron railing with gilded highlights. The French doors of the 2nd floor are topped by a red sign board.

The upper floors both have two bays of large, multi-pane windows in simple surrounds flanked by brown wooden faux exterior shutters. Air-conditioning vents are cut below each window, and the facade is capped by a simple stone coping. The lower two floors are occupied by The Horny Ram bar & restaurant.
