4-story Italianate residential building completed in 1880s. It is clad in brownstone (with horizontal scoring bands) above a white rough-stuccoed ground floor with a glass door and sidelights on the right, and a storefront on the left consisting of a regular glass door next to two sets of French doors, all trimmed in black.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows in segmental-arched openings, with full surrounds at the 2nd floor. A brown metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is topped by a simple roof parapet.
