The Mosque and adjacent Imambara was constructed by Janab Munshee Bande Ali Saheb during his life time. He had also constructed the Karbala of Bangla.

The Mosque and Imambara of Bangla was badly damaged due to its non-maintenance. Late Jafer Shabeer Naqvi had taken initiative and repaired the Mosque and its Imambara. At present the family members of Late Shabir Naqvi Saheb is looking after the maintenance of this Mosque and its Imambara.

Janab Shiraz Mujtaba son of Janab Syed Hasan Mujtaba Sb, who is at present in USA, has kept a beautiful Zaree in this Imambara. His action shows his attachment with this Imambara.
