This is a diamond interchange between Interstate 66 and Virginia Route 55 and U.S. Route 17 Business west of Marshall, Virginia. It is the eastern terminus of the concurrency of I-66 with VA-55 and is also the west end of US-17 Business through Marshall. Free State Road continues as Secondary Route 721 to the south. The ramp terminals are unsignalized.
