The High Plains and McFadden Ridge wind farms are located right next to each other about 4-8 miles (7-12 km) south-SSW of the town of Rock River, Wyoming. Both were commissioned in 2009, and consist of GE Energy 1.5sle wind turbines. High Plains has 66 and McFadden Ridge 19 turbines, with a combined nominal capacity of 99 MW and 28.5 MW, resp.
Although nominally two separate wind farms, they were developed at the same time and it has proven (for me) impossible to discern which specific turbines belong to one versus the other.
