The Windy Point/Windy Flats Wind Farm is located in Klickitat County, Washington, USA, stretching 18 miles (29 km) along the Columbia River ridgeline just north of Maryhill. Commissioned in 2008 and 2009, it is the largest wind farm in Washington, consisting of 176 wind turbines (20 REpower MM92/2000 and 156 Siemens SWT-2.3-93) with a combined nominal capacity of 398.8 MW.

The power produced is purchased by two different California power authorities. The "Windy Flats" section (114 Siemens turbines, on the west side) supplies the Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA), whereas the "Windy Point" section (42 Siemens and 20 REpower turbines, on the east side) supplies the Tuolumne Wind Project Authority

Note: The turbine assignment (see their individual names) is not 100% certain. It seems well nigh impossible to find a definitive answer to where the sections' dividing line is, or even if it is a "line".
