Echo Wind Farms are located west of Route 207 about 9-16 miles (15-25 km) SSW of Hermiston, Oregon. There are actually nine separate entities (Big Top, Butter Creek Power, Four Corners, Four Mile Canyon, Oregon Trail, Pacific Canyon, Sand Ranch, Wagon Trail & Ward Butte), all commissioned in 2009, and consisting of 37 wind turbines (27 Vestas V82/1650 and 10 Senvion MM92/2050) with a combined nominal capacity of 65.05 MW.
