Golden Spread Panhandle Wind Ranch is a wind farm located 1-2 miles north of WIldorado, which is on Interstate 40 about 20 miles west of central Amarillo, Texas. Commissioned in 2011, it consists of 34 Siemens SWT-2.3-101 (2300-kW) wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 78.2 MW.

"The wind farm is expected to generate approximately 342,500 MWh of energy each year."
