3-story commercial building originally completed in 1879 as a townhouse. It was later converted to commercial use and given a new limestone facade. The ground floor has a tall 3-over-3 window at the west, and a doorway at the east. The top two floors each have four smaller single-windows. A stone band course caps the roof line.

The building is now occupied by a book center for the Greater New York Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.
