6-story cooperative-apartment building originally completed sometime in the late 1800s. It was reclad in 1930 with a new red brick facade above a white-painted stone ground floor. There is a small residential door at the right and a large segmental-arched plate-glass storefront on the left. The upper floors have two bays of square double-windows and air-conditioning vents cut into the facade. A grey metal fire escape runs down the west bay, and the facade is capped by a simple metal coping. The ground floor is occupied by Lady M Cake Boutique.
