3-story mercantile building completed in 1902. Designed by Hill & Stout, the building was completely refaced in 1970. The new facade (by Horace Ginsburn & Associates) consists of a stone veneer covered with black aluminum. There are wide show-windows on the upper floors, and large signboards between floors. The ground floor is occupied by Olive Tree Gourmet Deli.
