4-story residential building completed in 1869. Three bays wide, it is clad in beige-painted brick above a brown metal and glass storefront and entrance. The two eastern bays have regular square-headed single-windows, while the western bay has wider openings, with a narrow extra pane added to the west side of each window (except for the 3rd floor where this narrow pane has been bricked in). The wider west openings have brick sills, and a black metal fire escape covers the two eastern bays. A simple brick parapet with stone coping caps the roof line.
