290-foot, 32-story modernist hotel completed in 2010. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it was built as a Staybridge Suites together with the adjoining Distrikt Hotel, sharing the same construction crane. The facade is clad in silver-blue glass, set back above the metal-and-glass ground floor. There is a small service entrance at the east end, with a freight entrance and roll-down gate next to it. To the right is the deeply recessed main entrance.

The tower has five bays of panes with thicker black metal frames and black metal air-conditioning vents. The hotel contains 310 studio suites.
