111-foot, 10-story Neo-Gothic office building completed in 1924. Designed by Gronenberg & Leuchtag, the narrow building's facade are clad in brown brick above a 2-story limestone base. The longer east facade on 7th Avenue has five bays, with a single bay on the south facade. The main entrance is in the northernmost bay, with modern metal-and-glass doors below a silver metal panel bearing the address "526 Seventh Ave". The stone piers framing the entrance are paneled and extend up through the 2nd floor with Gothic ornament. There is an elaborate pointed-arch at the 2nd floor enclosing two smaller pointed-arches flanked by trefoils. The piers are topped by sculpted, squatting human figures. The other ground-floor bays have modern glass-and-metal storefronts, topped by stone spandrels with Gothic designs. The piers between each 2nd-floor bay also have Gothic paneling and ornament near the tops. The base is capped by a stone cornice.

At each main pier, the limestone extends up partially into the 3rd floor, ending in a pointed capital. Above these, there are angled, projecting brick sections at the middle of each pier. On the east facade, the two end bays have narrow intermediate brick piers dividing each bay into three openings, narrower at the ends. The three middle bays are similarly divided into two groups of tripartite windows with black iron framing. All of the windows have stone sills, and there is geometric patterned brickwork in the spandrels. At the south facade, there are four windows per floor, divided by narrow brick intermediate piers. Both facades are dotted with protruding air-conditioning units, and crowned by a bracketed cornice, which is surmounted by a stone and brick balustraded parapet. Pavilions top the end bays, each with a central section of three small pointed openings flanked by pointed-arches and squared, projecting end caps. A round water tower is visible at the north end of the roof, and an array of wireless cells in near the south end.

The upper west elevation is clad in reddish-brown brick, with bays of single-windows at the center. The ground floor is occupied by Health King, Indoor Cannabis, Danielle's Jewelry, Baked by Melissa cupcakes, and New York Gifts, with Future Tan on the 2nd floor.
