Sandiland Foreshore, another affordable housing scheme by Penang State Government. Tanjung Villa Development Sdn. Bhd. has been awarded the tender to build 482 units of affordable housing and 321 units of low medium cost apartments next to Lintang Macallum 2 in Georgetown. It is adjacent to the Sandilands development scheme by Heng Lee Group.

This affordable housing scheme comprises units with size ranging from 700 sq.ft onwards. Here are the summary of units available for each category:
