4-story office building completed in 1921. Designed by G. A. & H. Boehm as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in red brick. The west facade on 6th Avenue consists of three symmetrical bays, while the south facade on 37th has three matching symmetrical bays with an additional 4th bay on the east end. The ground floor has storefront framed by grey-painted cast-iron piers with shields at the capitals and a dentil course running across the top. The main entrance is in the 2nd bay from the east on 37th Street, framed by paneled iron pilasters of a lighter color. The far east bay lacks the iron piers, but has two more small storefronts.

The upper floors have tripartite windows with stone sills. On both facades, the middle of the three symmetrical bays is adorned with a stone panel at the top, featuring a large carved heraldic shield and lion's head, surrounded by a wreath, with ribbons extending onto the sides of the panel. The side bays have stone balustrades at the top, and stone rosettes at each pier. Each bay is capped by a stone cornice, taller at the middle bay. The extra bay on the east end has a parapet of whitewashed brick with stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by New York City's first Chick-Fil-A restaurant (also on part of the 2nd floor), The Picnic Basket cafe, and Pokeworks Hawaiian restaurant.
