6-story office building completed in 1908. Designed by John C. Watson as a stable and carriage house, it is clad in brown brick. In 1923, it was converted to manufacturing use and leased to Co-Ed Dressmakers. The ground floor has a pair of entrances, with a modernized storefront in the middle consisting of plate-glass framed in green marble. The 2nd floor has a wide band of windows in black iron frames. A stone band course caps the 2-story base.

The upper floors brick piers with stone bases, with recessed grooves running up the centers. They divide the facade into a wider center bay and narrower end bays, each with black metal window framing. The 4th-floor opening at the west has a metal vent in place of window panes. Between each floor are brick spandrels with patterned brick panels, topped by stone sills. At the top of the 6th floor the piers culminate in stone capitals. The roof parapet features patterned brick panels, stone roundels above the piers, and a stone panel reading "CO-ED BUILDING", topped by a dentil course and stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Steinlauf Stoller Sewing Notion Supplies.
