257-foot, 22-story modernist hotel completed in 2016. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it is clad in red brick above a ground floor of white stone and glass. Above the base, the tower is recessed, and the 2nd-8th floors are fronted by a white metal exoskeleton-like trellis. The facade has six bays of silver-blue tinted windows. There is a semi-circular white metal projecting bay at the middle of the 7th floor, The top floor is clad in white metal and angles back, with six multi-paned, tall windows. Atop the roof, a white metal framework surrounds the mechanical equipment. The hotel has 242 guest rooms.
