4-story residential building completed sometime around 1900. It is clad in dark-red brick above a ground floor with a plate-glass storefront and narrow entrance, topped by a green awning. The 2nd floor, also commercial, has a band of four windows with a smaller awning. The top two floors each have a band of five windows with transoms, framed in dark-brown cast-iron. Five small stone diamond shapes decorate the roof parapet, which has a corbelled top and stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Adco Security & Lock, with the 2nd floor occupied by Heavenly Foot Spa.
