Devangapuri also known as Jandrapets is a village Panchayathi that belongs to Chirala Mandal or Prakasam district AP. This village is in between two mandal Head Quarters Chirala on the East and Vetapalem on the west side. This hamlet is attached to Vetapalem Mandal. Spinning mill of Jandrapet is under Vetapalem. As it is on the Highway and adjoining two mandal head quarters, it has transportation facilites of a town. RTC buses, Auto rikshaws ply all the day time. This place has a railway station with the old name Jandrapet. The new name Devangapuri is see on Gram Panchayathi office. Passenger trains stop at Jandrapet Railway station.
