I would like to give a precise information about the venugopalaswami.Once upon a time vedullapalli was a forest area in that area suddenly a floot sound was occur at a milk tree. All the village people come to that tree dig around it.All the people was mesmarised because the venugopalaswami statue was come from under the tree. This statue has a unique element that the back side of the statue is Matyavatram and the front of the statue is KRISHNAVATARAM.In 1934 a rukmini, satyabhama and anjanaswami statues founded by village people in a well.Immediately substituted them in the temple.Till the venugopalasami and anjanswami has been giving all possibilities to the village people."VENUGOPLASWAMI DARSNAM SARVA PAPA HARNAM" So everyone try to see the swami at-least one time per day.I do archana to swami for your good life. your's R.srinivasacharyulu(vikanasa archaka of srivenugopalaswami temple)
  • Namaste! It is great to hear about Vedullapalli from Sri Prasad and his father Sri Srinivasacharyulu. I am happy to inform that my native place is Vedullapalli (Boddupalli family). But my grandfather, Sri Boddupalli Veera Raghavaiah moved to Bapatala. My father, Acharya Boddupalli Purushottam (a poet and writer), worked in Bapatla Arts and Science College, and later moved to Nagarjuna University in 1968. So we moved to Guntur. After obtaining my PhD degree, I moved to Indian Institute of Bangalore (IISc). Now, I am a resident of Bangalore. I have been studying Vēdam for the last five years under guru, Sri Vedam Venkata Rama Sastri in Bangalore.
