2100 Ross Avenue is an office skyscraper in the City Center District of Downtown Dallas. The 33-floor building has a height of 456 ft (139 m) and a floor area of 844,000 sq ft (78,000 sq m). Opened in 1982, it was designed by John Carl Warnecke and Beran & Shelmire. It was named San Jacinto Tower until 2006. The building consists of three elongated rectangular slabs of different heights joined together to form one structure. There are also an underground parking garage with four floors. It is equipped with 21 elevators.
