4-story mercantile building completed around 1900. The bottom two floors are faced in limestone blocks, with the two upper floors clad in beige-painted brick, three bays wide. A narrow entrance is at the east side, with a wrought-iron and glass door and a small red canopy. There is a single window above the door. A storefront is located to the right, with a projecting entry. A stone cornice sets off the upper floors, which have round-arches above the 3rd-floor windows, and projecting metal sills and cornices on the 4th floor. Above the 4th-floor windows are red-painted circles. The facade is crowned by a bracketed grey metal roof cornice. The lower floors are occupied by Barn Joo 35 Korean restaurant.
