USA / New Jersey / West New York / West 31st Street, 54
 restaurant, bar

3-story restaurant and bar in a building originally completed in the mid-1800s as a house, undergoing numerous alterations over the years. The ground floor is black-painted iron infill, with fluted pillars. The main entrance is to the left side, with a flat, black canopy extending onto the sidewalk. To the right are three segmental-arched windows, a 4-paned studio window, and a service door. The upper floors are faced in beige cement stucco. The 2nd floor has two bays of 4-paned window groups, and has a black iron pier at both edges. The east half of the facade ends above the 2nd floor, with a glass railing around the roof deck. The west half extends up to the 3rd floor, with a larger window opening of three panes. The 3rd floor here is topped by a brick parapet with projecting flagpoles, which also extend around to the brick eastern wall, overhanging the roof deck. The far eastern elevation is faced in white stucco, with no windows. A projecting neon sign for O'Reilly's Pub is attached to the far east end of the 2nd floor. The pub opened in 1973.
