5-story mercantile building originally completed as two separate structure in the mid-ate 1800s. They were internally joined and given a new red-painted brick facade in the early 1900s. On the west facade the 2nd floor has a band of four windows; the 3rd & 4th floors have double-windows in the center and single-windows in the end bays; and the top floor has four shortened windows below a simple metal roof cornice.

The west side of the south elevation has bands of four windows at the 2nd-4th floors, and three windows at the top floor. The east side has three windows at the 2nd floor, with openings at the eastern bays on the top three floors; one of which is a door on each floor that opens onto the black metal fire escape. Box awnings runs above the windows of the first three floors on the west side of the south facade, and the west elevation. The ground floor is occupied by Pink Stone fashion hair accessories.
