6-story office building completed in 1896. Three bays wide, the ground floor is clad in pale yellow cast-iron with blue metal and glass infill. The upper floors are clad in beige brick; the 2nd floor windows have splayed lintels with stone impost blocks and keystones. Band courses underline the 3rd & 6th floors. The center-bay windows on the 3rd-5th floor are wider; all these windows have brownstone lintels and the 5th-floor windows are round-arched. There is a brick roof parapet with an elevator penthouse capping the facade.
