10-story office building completed in 1919. Designed by D. Everett Waid, it has three bays - each with three one-over-one windows divided by black mullions. The midsection is clad in brown brick, with a 2-story limestone base and 2-story limestone crown. At the ground floor, there are red-painted stone infill with two openings per bay, each topped by an arched fanlight. The western elevation is a plain brown brick wall.
