203-foot, 16-story office building completed in 1925 for Harris Uris. Designed by Buchman & Kahn, it spans five bays on Madison Avenue and eight bays on 28th Street. It has a 2-story limestone base capped by a rounded, patterned band course. The main entrance is in the northern bay on Madison Avenue, with a service entrance in the easternmost bay on 28th; the other bays are filled with storefronts. The 2nd floor has segmental-arches in each bay, with black iron-framed tripartite windows. There are pink marble spandrel panels below each window, except for in the eastern two bays on 28th.

The transitional 3rd floor is clad in stone, with decorated piers and a curved cornice ornamented with rows of arched figures and rosettes. Each bay has a wide center pane and two narrow side windows. The upper floors are clad in brown brick, with three windows per bay (except for the end bays on 28th Street, which have two windows each), divided by narrow brick pilasters, and paneled brick spandrels between floors. The 12th floor is clad in white terra-cotta, with elaborate spandrels and carved panels on the piers. Above, the next two floors are set back, clad in brick. At the 2nd setback above the 14th floor, the spandrels between the piers have pairs of vertical grooves, which also appear at the spandrels on the top floor.

The eastern elevation is clad in plain brown brick. The ground floor is occupied by Blu Dot furniture, and Madison Spirits and Wines.
