150-foot, 12-story Neo-Classical office building completed in 1911. Designed by Frederick C. Zobel as a store-and-loft building, its ground floor shares joined retail space with the neighboring building at No. 28. Both were remodeled in 2014. The 2nd floor has lightly rusticated limestone outer piers and a cornice, framing a 2-over-2 center window, and 4-over-2 side windows, all with transoms. The pilasters between the three bays are brown cast-iron with a herringbone pattern. The 3rd floor is also clad in limestone, with single-windows in the end bays, and double-windows divided by black metal mullions in three middle bays. A rounded and patterned cornice caps this floor.

The upper floors are clad in beige brick at the outer bays, which have single-windows with stone cornices. The middle section is divided into three bays by black iron herringbone pilasters. Spandrels between the floors have black iron cartouches in the center and wreaths in the flanking bays. Each bay has paired windows separated by black metal mullions. Above a stone cornice, the top two floors have fluted stone piers between the five bays, and flat-arched window openings with keystones at the top floor. A pale green metal roof cornice with modillions and dentils crowns the facade. The eastern elevation is clad in brown brick with four bays of windows.
