3-story office building originally completed in 1882. It has been extensively remodeled over the years, most recently in 2017 and 2022. The facade now has a light-grey concrete perimeter, with wooden plank cladding on the first two floors, with a central section of glass, consisting of glass double-doors at the ground floor, and a large window at the 2nd. There is also a small, black metal service door at the left side of the ground floor. The 3rd floor has a 2-over 4 window on the left side, and a logo attached to the right side. A metal band marks the roof line, with a large, grey-painted elevator penthouse rising up from the west end. The western elevation is a blank, dark-grey painted wall with a few varied windows. The building is occupied by Bideawee animal shelter.
