  • I don't know if the architectural design is bad, i'm not expert in this field (i guess the architect is foreigner) for me is just another administration building and i felt insignificant when i stand next to it. I say is another non-utility-establishment with only one purpose: to take your money for every piece of paper you will need it from there.
