6-story residential building completed in 2014. Designed by Daniel Goldner Architects, it has a strong and bold façade of black brick and glass with silver metal framing, modulated by a simple, boxy and wiry balcony on each residential floor. The floors are staggered with alternating stories having the shallow balconies on the left or right; each balcony is enclosed by a mesh screen. The black metal sections of the facade zigzag their way up the building, following the balconies.
